I have been looking through all my stash of supplies and I came across a bunch of heart beads that I have had for sometime,so I thought I would make a few earrings to have for Valentines day.Or maybe give them as gifts for friends?I always make my mom something and she loves getting my handmade gifts.I wasnt able to take pics of all of them my camera is not taking great pictures, (I dont know why).

where have I been?

Hello Its been quiet a while since I have written on my blog.here is a little run down on what I have been doing.I finally got my hair salon moved back In the beginning of june I am all settled in and its business as usual.I had lost my Grandfather in the end of June so sad but he was very sick so he is in a much better place now,I took a much needed girls trip to miami for a weekend!!!! thats was so much fun.So now I am back into my grove of making jewelry for the fall season.
I feel like the summer have gone by so fast and I am so Not ready for it to end,even though I am eyeing some awesome leg warmers from mountiangirlclothing.etsy.com I just love everything she makes and she is so wounderful to me!

I have noticed a huge change in the way my customers are watching how they spend there money lately,I think that holds true to pretty much everyone,so I have changed up my designs to have some more affordable pieces this fall with all the shows I try to do before christmas I wanted to have more for every budget so here are just a few of some of the new earrings I have made for my show comming up.
Oct 1st westborough,mass Arts in Common .in downtown westborough on the green outdoors it was great last year and I am looking forward to it again this year.

Lilly and Lavender

I Just had to show off the new aditions to my life. You see my husband and I live on a small farm we have a couple cows one due any day ,we have three pigs,three goats a hand full of chickens yummy fresh eggs and two crazy dogs.Along with two boys one 11 and one 2.So as you can imagine our lives are very busy. Even as alittle girl we always had lots of aimals I had horses for most of my life. I think people think we are crazy we keep getting more.
So after much pestering my husband agreed to my latest desire and boy did these two little bundles of joy make me smile so please meet lilly and lavender my two new baby bunnies they are one month old and so friendly they love to be cuddled.
there is a funny story on how I got these two wounderful new loves lets just say my husband saved a neighbors pigs that had escaped!! So when we wouldnt take any money from them we just hope someone would do the same for us? they told us they had some baby bunnies that needed a home and I said YES!!! I will give them a good home.So they are now lives at pointed rock farm and I couldnt be happier

New from the Studio

I have been so busy and I havent been taking time to do what I love and thats making jewelry.In the last couple of months I have had to make some changes in my life,so that has kept me from my crafting,but I have reciently started to make things again.So with a fresh start I have started to make a new line of fun affordable shabby chic jewelry,along with the sterling silver.I am calling it Bella Domani Designs ( named after my hair salon) bella Domani means beautiful tomarrow in italian.I have made some fabric braclets with vintage lace and flowers,and vintage inspired rings and earring and hair pins.I have also started a new etsy page Belladomanidesigns.etsy.com.I plan to also bring my new pieces to the craft shows I will be doing this year.I feel like my creative flow is heading in a new direction I guess I will just see where it takes me.

The Move , Bella Designs

I feel like its been a while since I have posted anything here,the reason is when I am not making jewelry I am at my hair salon cutting hair.But my salon is going to move!!I am very excited so we are renovatining right now we own a house that we rent out and there has been a salon in there for many years,we even heard that a famous girl group from ww2 used to get there hair done by one of the original owners.We are not sure when the house was built because in 1935 the town hall burned down so all records before then are gone.My husband has owned the house since 1997 and when we remolded one of the downstairs apartments,we found some letters from ww2 a soldier writing to his love with some pics so cool they were in the wall. I really love the vintage look so thats my goal for the new salon a vintage vib.I am going to frame some of those old letters and pics to put up in the shop.
So I will keep you posted,plus along with my new shop is a new jewelry line also.I have been wanting to make some vintage inspired pieces for a while.So Bella Designs is in the works now I am still going to make my silver jewelry but I have decided to try something new.I cant wait to so off pics of the new salon and jewelry line.

Spring is almost here!

I know the first day of spring has already been and gone but it still doesnt feel quit like spring yet,but my bulbs are starting to pop up alittle? The animals on the farm are spending alot more time out doors laying in the sun,and we have two preg cows that are due to calf late this spring.So I guess spring is here even though its still too cold for me!Buut I have lots of new

pieces in the works for this year and I wanted to share a couple that I am putting on etsy today.Hope you allare having a great week.

First show

I had mt first show of the year this past sat, I have to say I always have a great time at craft shows but this one was soooo...... much fun! I met a ton of wounderful creative people.Not only was my booth space so cool,it was in a high school but in the hallways there are these small cubbies all down the hall so I was lucky to get my own cubbie which was great for my setup!But the other crafters there were so supportive and sweet! comming by to look at jewelry and (purchase)and leave me with a smile everytime and kind words of encouragement.I left the show with a little extra money in my pocket and a ton of inspiration. I am hopeing that this is a sign of how this year is going to be for my jewelry business a start in the right direction? I might even try my hand at some very differnt styles this year and step away from the sterling silver? But I wanted to share my wounderful weekend and hope some of you have the same wounderful experence at a show this year also.
